    This house was listed at $549K and is now pending. Your right, this house has potential and with a little TLC, it can look just as good as the house a few doors down which the owner has done a great job at updating while still keeping it modern. I hope a modernist purchased this home.

    This house was listed at $549K and is now pending. The original owners kept the 1"square original mosaic fireplace and kitchen applicances. Your right, this house has potential and with a little TLC, it can look just as good as the house a few doors down which the owner has done a great job at updating while still keeping it modern. I hope a modernist purchased this home.
