ReplyDeleteThe house has some potential, it needs a new stucco finish, R & R the windows, remove the tile on the floor, what's the asking price?

Hi Tony,
ReplyDeleteThis house was listed at $549K and is now pending. Your right, this house has potential and with a little TLC, it can look just as good as the house a few doors down which the owner has done a great job at updating while still keeping it modern. I hope a modernist purchased this home.
