I want to recommend and to praise Jen Hallstrom's services. We looked at virtually every listing in Fullerton within a 3 mile radius of the Amtrak station. We also ventured into La Habra, Orange and Laguna Woods. In each case Jen had previewed properties in advance, called listing agents to make sure we would gain entry, planned the sequence of our hunts so we would not backtrack, making the very most of our time and effort. It took us over six months to find a house my husband liked. Jen spent hours and hours previewing houses with us. She was always on time, always cheerful, and encouraging when nothing pleased him.
She gave me the addresses for the weekly broker's open houses so I could look at new listings to see if we wanted to go back with my husband. At one point she did the research at City Hall to be able to advise us that there were no permits for a room addition on a house we were considering. When we finally found a house we both liked, Jen had to nursemaid the seller's Realtor through every step of closing, to make sure all the specified work was done, and the inspections were completed.
Early in our house hunt Jen referred us to an excellent Mortgage Broker. She referred us to plumbers and painters and handymen, which was of great assistance once the house closed. Jen Hallstrom is a truly professional Realtor, with the background and experience to make your purchase run smoothly. I enjoyed working with her, and enthusiastically recommend her to you.
