Julius Shulman dies at 98; celebrated photographer of modernist architecture

Julius Shulman, the iconic mid-century modern architectural photographer, whose work is now displayed at the Fullerton Museum, has passed at 98. Most famous perhaps for his iconic image of Case Study House #22, Los Angeles, 1960. Pierre Koenig, Architect. He is noted as the most important architectural photographer in history. The exhibit, which shows images taken of homes and schools in Fullerton in the 60s ends this Sunday.
